I believe, that as in Tin Cup, this game would have been just another of several no-no's recorded in 2010. Now it will stand out as a great day for baseball. And, Galarraga and Joyce will be long remembered as participants in a special couple of days in baseball history. And, their poise, class, and integrity will shine through as what makes this so memorable for us all. Chris, my man, you have captured the moment well. I've had the pleasure to go to 2 Boston Celtics games so far this year. And both times i ended up dropping 60 bucks a ticket and then at least another 80 dollars in concessions. In fact, i could only get 1 beer for each time because The other food is so expensive. I would be able to go to more events per year if i knew i wouldn't be spending almost as much as i spent on the tickets on snacks and drinks. i can't afford 400 dollars a year on Celtics games even though they are my favorite sports team in history, and i certainly can't afford 600 dollars a year. Especially because the Bruins beat the Flyers (for a change) and we got to see No 4 skate again in Boston. Now about your dilemma for what to do between the World Cup (FIFA) and NFL pre-season (you have got to be kidding!). Lets try the 150th Open Championship from St. Andrews in Scotland in late July. That should be a great event. And, if Tiger makes an appearance, you may recall that he decimated the field the last time the Open Championship was played here. Sid is amazing to say the least and my favorite player (Bergy) is on the team. I can't wait till they play russia though. Sid vs. ovechkin in the biggest stage in hockey? fuck.yes.please. 3.
